On-site & virtual options
Consultation services can be done in person or virtually. In person is optimal. During this option we will walk through project together making a working list of what to do and suggestions based on the clients needs. Following the session we will provide the client with a summary of what was discussed.
Staging & Organizing
Buying, Sellin,g or Downsizing
This service is for someone who needs to spruce up and possibly edit their home for an upcoming sale or event. Marissa will use what you already own to present your home in its best light for potential buyers.
Organized Packing & Unpacking
Moving and setting up
Carefully pack your items so that when you arrive at your new home, unpacking will be significantly easier. The unpacking service helps you implement a maximally functioning home from the beginning.

Marissa has over 20 years of experience in home renovation, organization and design. Helping many people at a fundamental level get into a position that will enable the maximization of other areas in their lives. In addition she has worked with realtors and their clients to stage and sell properties through the entire process including the packing up the old home and unpacking in the new one.

The first step is to get an understanding of the project size, scope, and timeline. We’ll also define your needs and goals?
Pricing: Hands-on work is billed at $70/hour with a 3-hour minimum
Consultation work is billed at $250 for 1 hour.
We’ll develop a custom plan for your project and provide a time and cost estimate.
This is where it all comes together! We’ll declutter, rearrange, organize and style per your project scope.
